Empowering Students Connecting Mentors
Stafford Dreamwise is a nonprofit organization founded by three dedicated high school students—Elena Amaya, Lily Brunner, and Annabelle Marschall—who recognized a powerful opportunity within their own community. As students from various Stafford County Public Schools, they saw the potential to bridge a critical gap between local youth facing economic hardship and the wealth of knowledge held by Stafford’s diverse community of professionals.

Our mission is simple yet transformative: to provide scholarships for students pursuing college, trade schools, or vocational training, and to match students with mentors who can support not only their educational and career goals but also guide their families through the complex journey of academic and professional advancement

- Award at least five scholarships annually to students from Stafford County Public Schools
- Launch a nationwide mentor network providing personalized support for students and families
- Develop and distribute educational resources, including video tutorials and written guides
- Partner with trade schools, colleges, and training programs to expand educational opportunities
- Support students in selecting career paths that offer long-term economic stability and growth

Our mentors do more than give advice—they build lasting connections and offer real-world knowledge that can change the trajectory of a student’s life.

Selection Criteria
Scholarship recipients will be selected based on a combination of :-
- Academic Drive :- Motivation, consistency, and a commitment to learning
- Personal Character :- Integrity, leadership, and resilience
- Community Involvement :- Active participation in school or local initiatives
- Financial Need :- Consideration of economic hardship
- Vision for the Future :- A clear sense of goals and purpose
